Hello. We’re the Resourcing Team. We build the teams that enable Camelot to grow by sourcing the very best talent to fill our vacant roles. We actively source external candidates and look to promote existing talent from within the business. We’re guardians of Camelot’s employer brand and we communicate the core values of Camelot’s EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to ensure we attract and retain quality candidates.

Internal Communications

We work with our leadership team and our colleagues, to deliver engaging communications that help everyone at Camelot to collaborate and celebrate what’s happening across the business. We support internal events and partner with each area to help shout about their activities, projects and endeavours. We support engagement surveys and keep Camelot people up to date with the latest news on The National Lottery winners and Good Causes projects, to remind us why we are here every day.

This team is responsible for all the things you'd associate with reward, such as pay and benefits. With so many exciting things going on at Camelot, it's easy to forget about all the great things our employees get just because they work here. From holidays to healthcare, childcare to pensions, we make sure all Camelot employees feel valued and have everything they need to do their best possible work.

HR Operations

We are responsible for maintaining and tracking employee data, payroll management and supporting HR related queries. Vetting is a crucial part of our business, it helps us safeguard the integrity and responsibility required to run the National Lottery. HR Operations ensure that the vetting process is adhered to as per the Gambling Commission guidelines.

Payroll

We manage the entire payroll process so that everyone gets paid accurately and at the right time. There's quite a lot involved including auditing information, running the payroll, processing the BACS payments and paying the companies who manage our employee benefits such as pension, medical cover, health club and car schemes to name a few.
