How do I apply for a job?

You can have an application over to us in 30 seconds.

Once you’ve found the job for you and you’ve clicked on the ‘apply now’ button you’ll need to enter your name, email address and phone number. You will have the option to write us a short summary if you wish, you can attach your CV and voila! We will have your application.

There’s no need to log in or choose any passwords, we like to keep things simple.


Can I apply using a mobile device?

You sure can. Our website and application process is fully mobile enabled.


Will I receive a response to my job application?

Yes, we respond to all candidates, even if it’s to let you know that unfortunately your application was not successful. The timings of our responses can vary depending on the volume of applications but if you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of applying for a job feel free to get in touch.


Will you keep my CV on file once I have applied for a job?

Your CV does stay in our database, however, we often don’t know what kind of role will take your fancy or if your situation has changed. If you see another opportunity that you think is right for you, please do apply for it.


What if I can’t find a vacancy that suits my experience?

Please don’t go! You can register your details on our talent bank.

How should I prepare for an interview?

Be yourself. We genuinely want to get to know you and find out what makes you tick.

For us it’s not just about what you do, it’s about how you do it, so come prepared to demonstrate to us how you get things done.

What will the recruitment process involve?

This will vary from role to role. Typically we have a 2-3 stage process where you will have the opportunity to meet a number of different stakeholders from across the business. We try to keep the process as smooth and snappy as possible and we don’t like you to ever be left wondering what is going on, so your recruiter will keep you updated along the way.

For vacancies where we have big teams of people, for example in Sales or Customer Operations, you may be invited to take part in an assessment centre. This is typically a one stage process and is really comprehensive. If you’ve been invited to an assessment centre, we’ll personally take you through the finer details to give you the best chance to prepare.


What should I wear?

Our dress code is business casual. We don’t do formal or business suits unless of course, that’s the way you roll. We want you to put your best foot forward in the interview so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.


I have an interview at your Watford HQ, what's the best way to get there?

The address for our main reception is Magdalen House, Tolpits Lane, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 9RN.

The nearest stations to our office are Watford Junction and Moor Park underground. We also have parking available on site for drivers.

I am a recruitment consultant, can I send a prospective candidate to you?

We'd rather you didn’t. We engage with a small but perfectly formed list of approved suppliers. Our responsibility is developing relationships with these organisations so that they best represent us to the market. As a rule, we don’t accept speculative applications. We will not be responsible for paying any introduction fees on this basis.

We also appreciate you may have relationships with hiring managers who work here currently. Our advice is that all communication goes through the recruitment team to ensure you get the right response.
